Economist graduate from the University of Mannheim (Germany) with a certificate in postgraduate degree in Data Analysis from the University of Harvard. Co-founder and Director of Equilibrium, where he has led more than 80 projects in a7> consulting projects in socioeconomic research and market research. It has extensive experience in projects related to migration, education, employment and foreign investment, working with corporate and international clients a15> international cooperation such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the European Commission (IDB), the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC).
At Equilibrium, David has conducted studies on the fiscal contribution of Venezuelan migration in Latin America, the development of sustainable aquaculture ventures in the APEC region, and the transition to the formal economy of tourism companies.
It has also developed digital tools for e-commerce in MSMEs in the APEC region. He is the co-author of more than 20 publications on migration in Latin America and 10 publications on foreign investment and economic studies. Has a solid command of methodologies of research quantitative and analysis of data, including evaluations of impact and automatic learning.
