Manager of Projects for Venezuela, where he leads key consulting projects, builds strategic alliances and identifies opportunities that strengthen the presence and influence of Equilibrium in the field of public policies for development. It also advises projects at the regional level in Latin America and the Caribbean, especially in institutional strengthening, advocacy in public policy and decent work.
As General Manager of the Venezuela office, he oversees legal and financial matters, as well as supporting the implementation of the Talent Management strategy. His experience has been fundamental in conducting high-impact research such as the such as the National Public Opinion Survey “Equi Express,” as well as in the development of the field of training programs in a22> training programs.
Before joining Equilibrium, he accumulated relevant experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, playing key roles in planning and control of management, analysis policy and management of relationships institutional. Her experience as a consultant for international organizations and companies has enabled her to develop strong analytical skills for monitoring political scenarios and developing data-driven strategies.
In addition, his time at the Zulia Governor’s Office and in the business sector strengthened his skills in institutional coordination and negotiation. In the social sphere, he led projects at the Sinamaica Foundation, managing resources and strategic alliances for community intervention.
Verónica is a political scientist who graduated from the University of Zulia (LUZ) with a specialization in science and techniques of government (UCAB – IGEZ) and Master’s Degree in Public Management (IESA).
